本研究旨在探討大學生參與服務學習的現況,以及了解學生服務學習之參與態度、阻礙因素與學習成效三者之關係,本研究採「調查研究法」,研究對象為南部四所大學校院修習服務學習課程之大學生,共發出450份,獲得有效問卷392份,統計方法包含:描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析與Sobel中介檢測法等。本研究資料統計經SPSS17.0分析結果發現:1.不同程度之大學生參與服務學習之態度、阻礙在服務學習成效上具有顯著的差異性存在。2.南部大學生參與服務學習之個人背景變項、態度與阻礙各層面對服務學習成效具有顯著的預測力存在。3.大學生參與服務學習會因阻礙因素的中介效果影響其態度及成效。4.根據本研究結果提出相關建議,供相關單位、學生及後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation in service-learning curriculum of University & College students in Southern Taiwan and to understand the relationship among attitude, barriers and outcomes in service-learning. Data was obtained through questionnaire survey, with 392 effective responses out of 450. It was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, canonical analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis and Sobel test for the mediating variable. The study revealed the following findings: 1. There was a significant difference between different attitudes and barriers from the lower, middle and higher degree on learning-effectiveness scale. 2. Personal backgrounds, participating attitudes and barrier factors were able to significantly predict service-learning effectiveness. 3. Barriers factors were the main mediating variables influencing participating attitudes to learning effectiveness in service-learning. 4. Finally, suggestions for Ministry of Education, colleges & Universities, undergraduate students, and future relational study on service-learning effectiveness were provided.
