The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of interpersonal trust, knowledge sharing, and club effectiveness, also test the mediation effects of knowledge sharing. 307 valid samples were collected from participation club students at southern 7 universities in Taiwan. Through the SEM analysis, Results showed that there was significant direct effect of interpersonal trust on club effectiveness. Meanwhile, there was significant direct effect of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing on club effectiveness. Meanwhile, we further confirmed the fully mediation of knowledge sharing between interpersonal trust and club effectiveness. Finally, some suggestions for future research are also provided based on the findings of the present study.
