大學社團成員人際信任、知識分享與社團效能之研究-中介效果模式之考驗

Exploring the Relationships among Interpersonal Trust, Knowledge Sharing, and Club Effectiveness of University Clubs' Members: A Test of Mediation Effects Model

摘要


本研究目的在探討社團學生的人際信任、知識分享與社團效能間之關係,並分析知識分享的中介效果。本研究採問卷調查法進行,研究對象為南部7所大學社團學生。問卷資料回收有效樣本307份,透過SEM的統計分析結果:1.人際信任對社團效能具有顯著的正向效果;2.人際信任對知識分享具有顯著正向效果;3.知識分享力對社團效能具有顯著的正向效果;4.知識分享對人際信任與社團效能具有強大的中介效果。最後,依據研究結果,提供大學社團、學生與教育相關單位參考,同時亦提供有志研究者在未來有進一步運用。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of interpersonal trust, knowledge sharing, and club effectiveness, also test the mediation effects of knowledge sharing. 307 valid samples were collected from participation club students at southern 7 universities in Taiwan. Through the SEM analysis, Results showed that there was significant direct effect of interpersonal trust on club effectiveness. Meanwhile, there was significant direct effect of interpersonal trust on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing on club effectiveness. Meanwhile, we further confirmed the fully mediation of knowledge sharing between interpersonal trust and club effectiveness. Finally, some suggestions for future research are also provided based on the findings of the present study.
