專科學生社團參與態度之研究-以兩所醫護專校學生為例

The Study of Students' Attitude of Students' Club - An Example of two Senior College of Health Care and Management Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討兩所醫護專校學生社團參與態度。本研究方法採問卷調查法,研究對象為南北地區某兩間性質相當之專科學校參與社團的學生,問卷共寄發800份,回收有效樣本715份,回收率為89.4%。結果:1.以不同學校的t檢定發現,A校「行為意向」構面有顯著高於B校。2.科別與年級對參與態度的交互作用有顯著差異存在,且為二年級的族群中,老服科顯著大於護理科;在三年級的族群中,護理科顯著大於妝管科,另外,在護理科的族群中,二年級顯著大於一年級,三年級顯著大於一年級,三年級顯著大於二年級;在老服科的族群中二年級顯著大於一年級。3.在不同年級方面,「參與情感」、「行為意向」、「整體參與態度」方面,皆是三年級顯著高於一年級;二年級顯著高於一年級。本研究發現雖同性質的專科學校,學生社團參與態度仍然有許多顯著差異存在,研究結果可以給其他專科學校與後續研究參考,建議學校及政府宜重視課外活動組的教育功能及輔導專業能力,以提供更好的服務給學生。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the attitudes of two Senior College of Health Care and Management Students to participate in students' club. This research method adopted questionnaire, and to find students in two similar schools in southern and northern Taiwan. Totally, sent 800 questionnaires, and were collected 715 valid samples. The recovery was 89.4%. The results: 1. A school have significantly higher than B school in the "behavioral intention" aspects. 2. Divisions and grade are significant interaction in the attitude of participation, and in the groups of the sophomore are senior citizen service department significantly greater than the nursing department; in third grades groups are the nursing department significantly greater than the cosmetic applications department. In addition, the sophomore significantly greater than the first grade in the nursing department groups, the third grade significantly greater than the first grade, the third grade significantly greater than the sophomore; the sophomore significantly greater than first grade in the senior citizen service department groups. 3. In terms of different grades, "emotional involvement", "behavioral intention", and "overall participation attitude" aspects, the third grades are significantly higher than first grade, the sophomore significantly higher than first grade. Although the two schools are similarly, there are still many significant differences inside. The results, also, could give to two schools or other schools reference. Surveying proposal to expand the scope of the follow-up can make the results more inferences of the effect and the more contributions. Also, the school and government had to attach importance the competence of Extracurricular Activities Section, in older to service to students more improvement.
