本研究以106年參與大專校院課外活動主管會議之組長為研究對象,以「大專校院課外活動主管人格特質與單位人力調查問卷」為研究工具,針對參與會議的組長進行相關調查研究。研究發現課外活動組有約聘人力多於正職人力的現象,可能影響學務人力的專業養成及工作之推動,且多數學校學務人員,未擁有學生事務的相關專業證照。而課外活動組業務多且較雜,對於推動學務工作的專業知能將產生干擾性。此外,課外活動組組長的平均任期為2.56年,低於平均任期者更在多數,組長的人格特質多數為ENFJ型,具有敏感、可靠、對他人的事情很關心,很能體諒別人的想法和需求的個人特質。且組長年資與其感覺或直接的人格類型並非獨立,有顯著相關存在。最後,不同學校所在區域之課外組人力多寡有顯著差異存在,且北一區課外活動(指導)組單位人力顯著高於其他區域。不同學校規模之課外組人力多寡、取得專業證照人數方面則有顯著差異存在。
This study is based on the questionnaire "the Personality Traits of the Supervisors and the employment in Extra-Curricular Activities Division of universities", and mainly focus on the participators from the conference of the Supervisors in Extra-Curricular Activities Division in 2017 as the research target. The study have found that the employment of in Extra-Curricular Activity Division takes contract employees more than the regular staffs. In this instance, the imbalance in employment maintenance would affect the professional development and the improvement in student affairs. Furthermore, most staffs did not hold relevant professional certificates. The workload in Extra-Curricular Activity Division is various and heavy, which is closely related with student affairs. In addition, the average tenure of the supervisors in Extra-Curricular Activity Division is 2.56 years, and the most of members' tenure are below the average. Most of the supervisors are type ENFJ, which means they are sensitive, reliable, and concerned about others very much. In the meantime, the seniority and the personalities of the supervisors are complement one another. Last, there is significant difference in human resource of Extra-Curricular Activity Division in different areas. The employment is especially higher in the northern region. It turns out that the employment and the relevant professional licenses holders of the extra-curricular groups are depends on the school scales and locations.
