運動性社團參與動機、運動友誼對學習成效之影響

The Influence of Sports Club's Participation Motivation, Sports Friendship on Learning Effectiveness

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高中生運動性社團參與動機、運動友誼對學習成效之影響。以台中市106學年度在學之高中生,且在學期間曾參與運動性社團之學生為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式共發放問卷450份,有效問卷共423份,有效回收率為94%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸等統計分析後得如下結果:1.高年級學生具有較高的參與動機,父母支持或高年級的高中生能知覺較高的運動友誼;2.高中生參與運動性社團之動機與運動友誼具有中高程度正相關。3.參與動機之「技能需求」、「心理需求」對社團學習成效的影響力較高;4.運動友誼之「增進自尊與支持」對社團學習成效影響力最大。最後,本研究根據結果及發現提出具體建議,以提供相關教育單位及輔導人員作為推動高中(職)運動性社團發展之策略參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the high school student's participation motivation, sports friendship on learning effectiveness. The research samples were the high school students who participated in the sports club in Taichung city in 2017 via the method of purposive sampling. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, 423 valid responses. All collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis statistic. The findings were as follows: 1. High school student with parents support or senior grade have higher perception on sport friendship; 2. High school student's participation motivation has positive significant correlation with sport friendship; 3. The "skills demand" and "psychological needs" of participation motivation have a higher influence on the sport club learning effectiveness. 4. The "advanced self-esteem and support" of sports friendship has the greatest influence on the sport club learning effectiveness. Finally, this study proposes some suggestions based on the results and findings to provide relevant education units and counselors as a strategic reference for promoting the development of high school sports club.
