以遊戲設計開發商觀點探討玩家持續使用遊戲App之關鍵因素

Factors Affecting Users' Continuous Intention to Use Mobile Game APPs: Game Designers' Perspective

摘要


本研究整合過往對於遊戲設計、獲利模式的文獻,將使用者的行為、心理理論作為觀點,納入遊戲的設計元素及獲利模式,探討影響使用者(玩家)持續使用行動裝置遊戲App的因素。本研究採用焦點團體訪談法、專家深度訪談,檢視修正透過文獻探討整合出的影響使用者持續使用行動裝置遊戲App的因素後,製作、發放DANP問卷。將回收的有效問卷進行DANP運算後,首先進行整體資料分析,再來以受訪者最常使用的遊戲類型作為分群進行分群資料分析,最後將整體、分群資料進行交叉分析,探討不同的使用者之異同。本研究結果詳盡提供了影響使用者持續使用行動裝置遊戲App的各主、次因素之間的因果影響關係和權重,以供行動裝置遊戲開發商(者)於開發、營運實務上的管理建議和參考。

This study aims at focusing on the perspectives on user behavior and psychology, the elements of game design and revenue model of game developer, comprehensively inquiring into the factors for continuous usage intention of mobile game applications. This study identified the factors for continuous usage intention of mobile game applications according to focus group results, and expert reviews results. Then a DANP model was constructed. After collecting valid questionnaires, the weights of main factors and sub-factors and the associations among them were analyzed. Also, the weights of main factors and sub-factors and the associations among them were analyzed for different games, two of most common games. Comparison about the similarities and the differences between are then conducted. Finally, suggestions are then provided to mobile game developers for accordingly.
