學生創業精神與創業能力養成-以創業家的觀點

The Development of Students' Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Competency- from the Perspective of Entrepreneurs

摘要


近年來科技校院大多有開設創新與創業的相關課程,希望能培養大學生的創業精神與創業能力,但幾乎都是以學校或教師的觀點來開設,較少有從成功創業人士的觀點進行了解,並從他們的經驗找出培養創業家精神與能力的教學策略,但這卻是十分重要的。因此,本研究以2016-2018年「小巨人獎」及「新創事業獎」的28位得獎創業家填寫的學生創業精神與創業能力養成之調查問卷,經過資料回收、整理後,進行資料分析,利用描述性統計資料,了解創業家認為有助於大學生創業精神與創業能力養成項目最重要的前3名依序為「參與校外實習」、「訪談創業家」及「參與領導才能相關活動」;另外,依據曼-惠特尼U檢定結果,顯示不同性別、有無創業經驗、有無創業失敗經驗、有無工讀經驗及有無社團經驗之創業家,在學生創業精神與創業能力養成項目的差異性結果均未達顯著水準;有校外實習經驗的創業家較重視「參訪企業」、「訪談創業家」及「參與名人講座」這三個養成項目;有修習過創新與創業相關課程的創業家較重視「參與創新創業相關競賽」及「參與校外實習」這兩個養成項目。

In recent years, most universities of science and technology have set up innovation and entrepreneurship courses, hoping to nurture the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship competency of college students in Taiwan. These courses are mostly set up from the school's point of view and fewer courses issues were studied from the point of view of a successful entrepreneur, which is actually very important. Therefore, this study is based on the "Nurturing students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship competency" survey questionnaires filled out by 28 award-winning entrepreneurs of "The Rising Star Award" and "Business Startup Award" in Taiwan during the 2016- 2018, and conducted data analysis after the data was received and organized. The descriptive statistics data used to understand the items in nurturing students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship competency that the entrepreneurs believe to be helpful to the college students. The most important top three programs are "Participating in off-campus internships," "Interviewing with entrepreneurs," and "Participating in leadership related activities." In addition, the results of the Mann-Whitney U test shows that the entrepreneurs with off-campus internship experience attach more importance to the three nurturing items of "Visiting companies," "Interviewing entrepreneurs" and "Participating in celebrity lectures." For the entrepreneurs who have studied courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship, they attach more importance to the two nurturing items, "Participating in innovation and entrepreneurship related contests" and "Participating in off-campus internships."
