摘要

中國改革開放後經濟快速成長，已成為全球第二大經濟體大國，其經濟發展形勢將牽動全球經貿版圖的消長，這是近年來各國關注的重要焦點。隨著中國大陸之崛起，經濟發展日益國際化，參與國際事務勢必要遵循國際規範，以及受到國際現勢的制約，這對中國大陸的經濟發展與世界新秩序產生影響，如此國際新動態的變化研究至為重要。而所謂「中國大陸崛起」，原本是指中國大陸的經濟在國際經貿層面，有越來越重要的影響力與地位。然而隨著其經濟實力的增強，中國大陸在國際政治、軍事及區域安全等領域，也逐漸產生影響。當前國際間「中國大陸崛起」的概念所代表的，已不再是單純經濟面向的評估與期待，也包含了對中國大陸在世界及區域社會新秩序維護方面，可能產生負面力量的隱憂。因此，中國大陸崛起已成為國際社會安定的重要力量，對世界將造成一定程度的影響。本文將從華人愛好和平傳統思想之觀點，以及經濟崛起應同時負擔國際社會和平責任之角度，進一步探討中國大陸和平崛起對世界新秩序之影響，同時提出研究發現成果的重要意涵，以及展望未來之趨勢。

China's rapid economic growth after the reform and opening up, has made it the world's second largest economy in the large countries. Its economic developments will affect global economic growth and decline of the territory, which is an important focus in recent years and attract, national attention. With the rise of mainland China, the growing internationalization of economic development, participation in international affairs is bound to follow international norms, as well as the constraints of the international situation now, which is the mainland's economic development and impact of the new world order. So, the dynamic changes of the new international situation is of paramount importance. The so-called ＂China Rising ＂, originally refers to the Chinese mainland economy in the international trade level. There is an increasingly important influence and status. However, with its economic strength, China will have impacts in the international political, military and regional security and other fields. The current internationally mentioned ＂China rise＂ represents the concept that it is no longer a purely economic assessment and expectations, but also includes the Chinese mainland and the region in the world to maintain a new social order. It may be a negative force worries. The rise of China has become an important force for stability in the international community and the world will cause a certain extent. Chinese peace-loving nature mentioned in this article and the viewpoint of traditional thinking, and the economic rise of the international community should also bear the responsibility of keeping the peace to further explore the peaceful rise of China on the impact of the new world order. The results also raised the important implications of findings, and future Trend.
