人間佛教的生命教育-以「佛教哲學與生命教育」課程為例之論析

摘要


生命教育之所以受到重視,主要是用來回應我們這個時代的需要;或者,也可以說,生命教育是這個時代對於教育問題或更根本的人的問題的一種反省與對應。生命教育的目標為「探究人的生命中最核心的議題,並引領學生邁向知行合一的教育」,因為在生命教育中可以幫助學生探究生命的核心的議題,如引導學生對於人之所以為人的思考,此有助於擺脫物化及工具化傾向的影響。其次,引領學生確實邁向知行合一的境界,才能真正落實理論與實務兼具的理想。本文嘗試由佛教義理與修證不離人間之特質,以及所可能蘊含的生命教育義涵,藉由所開設之「佛教哲學與生命教育」課程為例,以綜攝地論析人間佛教的生命教育。
