試論星雲大師的藝術觀
On the Artistic Views of the Hsing Yun

The Hsing Yun's artistic views focus on the form of architecture, the interest of painting and the function of music. In the view of the Hsing Yun, Buddhist architecture should have the characteristics of simple, solemn and natural in appearance; beauty in the art of painting and calligraphy can vividly convey the truth and the spirit of compassion; Buddhist music should have the function on purifying the heart and promoting Buddhism, which reflects that the Hsing Yun hope the Buddhism can combine with the art and look forward to making the Dharma more shine and purifying the world.
