開放式冷藏展示櫃溫度分布評估模型

Temperature prediction model for commercial open-type refrigerated display cabinet

摘要


本研究設計一穩態的雙氣簾開放式展示櫃溫度預測模型,建立內部熱傳機制方程式,透過Matlab軟體計算,只需輸入蒸發器出口溫度、蒸發器出口流量、內氣簾出口溫度、外氣簾出口溫度、外氣溫度等5個資訊,即可計算出氣簾、食品、層板內空氣溫度等70個溫度點,並與實驗量測值比對,結果顯示預測結果與實驗的整體溫度差距均於1℃以內。此程式不僅能幫助業者掌握實際展示櫃內的食品溫度狀況,針對展示櫃優化,也能做為即時系統來評估改善後的成效。

In this study, we develop a steady-state temperature prediction model for open-type refrigerated display cabinet (RDC) with dual air curtain. By listing several heat transfer equations, all the detailed temperature of air curtain, load or air from back panel inside the RDC can be predicted with only 5 input measured data. These are 4 temperature information(room, evaporature outlet, inner air curtain outlet, outer air curtain outlet) and 1 flow rate information(evaporature outlet). The result shows that overall temperaure difference between model prediction and actual experiment is less than 1℃.
