摘要

我國藉由推動強制性容許耗用能源基準（MEPS）、強制性能源效率標示、自願性節能標章等三項管理制度，在產品、設備及技術不斷提升與改善下，有效地帶動廠商生產節約能源高效率商品，三項政策使我國能源設備或器具效率管理制度更加健全。本文介紹我國照明產品能源效率管理政策推動，包含前後市場管理制度簡介及推動照明能效管理政策之成效。在積極推動政策之下，市售產品皆可擁有良好性能表現，對我國節約能源與抑低二氧化碳排放之目標更有貢獻。

Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS), Energy Efficiency Grading Labeling and Energy Conservation Label are three effective management programs to encourage high energy efficiency products. This paper gives a brief introduction about the energy efficiency management policies for lighting products. This article also illustrates pre-market and post-market management schemes and the efficacy improvement of lighting products on the market. The programs can not only improve product performance but also contribute to lowering the emission of carbon dioxide.
