科技辦公研發大樓節能減碳策略規劃分析

摘要


本研究依因環境氣候變遷對節能減碳訂定條件及國內訂定之政策為參考,訂定某科技公司節電及減少碳排放目標訂定,針對辦公室大樓電力負載分析及電力系統之規劃,收集環境及EUI建築用電密度、空調、電力、照明等數據,進行節能減碳策略規劃。以某科技辦公大樓節能策略規劃,以2020年為基準年,2021年至2023年共投入節能12案(空調8案、照明3案及太陽能1案),以2020年為基準年度數為9,017,239kWH做比較,2021年預估節電率1.6%,EUI為101.5年/平方公尺、2022年預估節電率2.0%,EUI為97.9年/平方公尺、2023年預估節電率9.1%,EUI為90.8年/平方公尺、2024年預估節電率13.9%,EUI為86.1年/平方公尺及2025年預估節電率15.5%,EUI為86.4年/平方公尺。就節能策略規劃2020年至2025年投入後,節電率明顯上升,EUI明顯下降,就投入節能運用策略類別而言,空調類明顯優於照明類及電力類,於最短時間可得最好之節電方式,節電策略建議仍優先以空調、照明及電力次之。

This study investigated the energy saving effects of possible energy saving strategies in order to attain the setting goals of a technology office building. The energy saving strategies were developed in terms of the electrical power loading, electrical utilization intensity and consuming energy of the building. Regarding the energy-saving strategy plan of the technology office building, it is planned to take 2020 as the base year, and a total of 15 energy-saving projects (10 air-conditioning projects, 4 lighting projects and 1 solar energy project) will be invested from 2021 to 2023. For comparison, the annual consuming energy is 9,017,239kWH in 2020, the estimated electricity saving rate in 2021 is 1.6%, the EUI is 101.5 years/m2, the estimated electricity saving rate in 2022 is 2.0%, the EUI is 97.9 years/ m2, and the estimated electricity saving rate in 2023 9.1%, the EUI is 90.8 years/ m2, the estimated electricity saving rate in 2024 is 13.9%, the EUI is 86.1 years/ m2, and the estimated electricity saving rate in 2025 is 15.5%, and the EUI is 86.4 years/ m2.As far as the energy-saving strategy is planned to be put into use from 2020 to 2025, the energy-saving rate has increased significantly, and the EUI has decreased significantly. In terms of the pre-planned investment in energy-saving application strategies for technology office buildings, the strategies in the air-conditioning is obviously better than lighting and electricity. It is better to obtain the best energy saving effect in the shortest time, with strategies in air conditioning and it is still recommended to give priority to air conditioning, lighting and electricity in the energy saving strategy.
