辦公大樓節能技術探討

摘要


由於人類大量使用能源,使得地球溫室氣體增加,特別是化石燃料燃燒所產生的CO2氣體,大量排放進入大氣後吸收地表長波輻射造成人為溫室效應,使地表溫度逐漸增加,核能發電雖然號稱零空氣污染且燃料成本較低,但是核廢料後續處理非常棘手,而且核能電廠一旦發生嚴重事故,影響範圍將十分深遠,甚至無法承受,日本311事故及前蘇聯車諾比核災就是最好的例子。臺灣地區天然資源貧乏,98%能源仰賴進口,在全球溫室效應氣候暖化下夏天用電量屢創新高,節能減碳已成為每個機關、公司、工廠及學校必須採取措施。 本研究依據辦公大樓用電特性及負載種類,對某特定辦公大樓節能措施之實施與方法進行分析,作為未來辦公大樓節能之參考。 本報告主要探討辦公大樓之負載種類,並進行其耗能分析。進而針對辦公室主要用電設備,包括:電力系統、照明、空調及電腦設備等採取之節能技術進行比較及討論。最後依據該辦公大樓能源資料統計,驗證節能成果及從事未來規劃。

Due to the large amount of energy used by humans, the greenhouse gas has increased. Especially carbon dioxide discharged by burning fossil fuels. After emitting and absorbing the thermal infrared range. It causes the artificial greenhouse effect, which gradually increases the earth’s surface temperature. Although nuclear power is known as no air pollution and low cost, the aftermath of nuclear waste is very troublesome. Once a severe accident hits on the nuclear plant, the impact range will be hard to estimate. The loss will be even unbearable. The match 11 accident in Japan and the Chernobyl disaster in the former Soviet Union are the best examples. In Taiwan, 98% of energy depends on imports because of its shortage of natural resources. Due to global warming, electricity consumption in summer has repeatedly hit new highs. Therefore, energy-saving and carbon reduction have become necessary for every agency, company, factory, and school. This study analyzes the implementation and methods of energy-saving measures for a specific office building, which is based on the characteristics of an office building electricity consumption and load types, as a reference for future office building energy saving. This research mainly discusses the load types of the office building and its energy consumption analysis. Then compare and discuss the energy-saving technologies adopted on main equipment of the office, including power system, lighting, air-conditioning, and computer equipment. Finally, verify the energy-saving results and engage in future planning according to the statistics data.
