應用EnergyPlus建築全能耗分析軟體探討建築節能效益-以辦公大樓為例

A Study of Office Building Energy Efficiency Performance by Using EnergyPlus Whole Building Energy Analysis Tool

摘要


本研究旨在探討如何使用美國能源部(Department of Energy, DOE)極力推廣的EnergyPlus建築全能耗分析軟體(Whole building energy analysis tool),此軟體主要是將DOE-2和BLAST兩種舊有的建築全能耗分析軟體,結合其優點後合力開發的軟體,此套軟體不但可以透過調整時間的間隔,查看到全年中細部的能耗及溫度分布情形。而此套模擬軟體目前並沒有一標準的製作流程,故本論文也將整理目前EnergyPlus的建模方法,並套入一實例案例作為模擬探討其節能效益。 本論文以台北某一辦公大樓建築物作為案例模擬,將使用EnergyPlus建築全能耗分析軟體建立模型模擬出全年能耗結果。該建案大樓預期要申請LEED認證,在設計理念上便加入綠建築的節能概念,在HVAC(Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning)系統上使用VRV(Variable Refrigerant Volume)多聯變頻空調搭配HRV(Heat Reclaim Ventilation)全熱交換器作為此大樓的空調設備。故本論文收集此建案設計階段的資料,透過現場勘查設備安裝修正其模擬結果,並探討建案中因材質設定不同所產生的能耗變化。 結果顯示,如將此棟大樓的空調設備更換成冰水主機,此空調能耗增加了2,147.72 GJ,整體能耗影響增加了13.6%。而在此建案使用了大量的玻璃帷幕外牆,如將玻璃材質變更後,如使用一般玻璃材質對於整體能耗約加3%的能耗,而變更為單層低輻射的Low-e玻璃材質其耗能也相對原設計的雙層低輻射Low-e玻璃能耗增加了1.26%。

The purpose of this study is to explore how to use the Energyplus, The Whole building energy analysis tool which DOE promotes, The tool it combines the advantages of two original analysis tools of DOE-2 and BLAST. It not only can adjust the time interval but also check the detail of electricity power condition and temperature distribution through the year. The analysis tool doesn’t have a standard production process so far. In this case, the study refreshes the current EnergyPlus modeling method and set into a case example to explore its energy efficiency. The study is taking a real office building in Taipei for the modeling example Using EnergyPlus, the whole building energy analysis tool is used to establish the result of computer simulation model. The building was expected to apply LEED certification. The energy saving concept of green building should be added when it is designed, VRV system Inverter Air Conditioners with HRV on the HVAC system are required to be the air-conditioning equipment in the building. This study collected the data of the building during the designing stage, and modifies the modeling results through the on-site inspection. We also discuss the changes of energy consumption caused by differences of the building materials in this study. The results showed that, due to the change of air-conditioning systems, the energy consumption gained 2,147.72 GJ, which is 13.6% more than the original overall energy. Furthermore, it showes that if the building change the material of the glass, instead of using a lot of glass curtain wall, the energy consumption will increase about 3% as using single glass. And in this case, change of single Low-e glass the energy consumption will gain about 1.26%.
