磁浮離心式壓縮機之高轉速大功率永磁同步及感應馬達設計

High-speed and high-power PM and IM motor design for magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor

摘要


高轉速大功率馬達技術,應用在磁浮離心式壓縮機的產品,已經是未來空調技術發展的重要趨勢。在250RT磁浮離心式壓縮機的高速馬達設計上,我們依照250RT磁浮離心式壓縮機的商用能力規格需求,以電腦輔助磁路分析專業軟體,來進行高速大功率馬達的設計分析,並完成「168 kW-20,000 rpm高速永磁同步馬達」以及「168 kW-20,000 rpm高速感應馬達」之技術開發,兩款馬達原型機的額定效率分別為97.7%及97.2%,馬達效率高於IEC-60034 IE3國際標準。

"High-speed and high-power motor technology" applied in magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor products have become an important trend in the future air conditioning technology. In terms of the high-speed motor design for "250RT magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor", according to the commercial specification requirements of the 250RT magnetic bearing centrifugal compressors, we use professional software for the computer -aided analysis of electro-magnetic circuits to design high-speed and high-power motor, and accomplish the technology development of "168 kW-20,000 rpm high-speed PM motor" and "168 kW-20,000 rpm high-speed IM motor". The motors have represented a 97.7% and 97.2% efficiency at full load working point, the efficiency is higher than the IEC-60034 IE3 international standard.
