基於熱互補裝置之烘衣機之設計與實作

摘要


本研究主要目的在於應用手邊現有之材料,設計一種可用來烘乾衣物之裝置。為了解決在過於低溫的環境下,蒸發器內之冷媒無法對周圍寒冷環境的空氣吸熱蒸發以進入壓縮機內並使其外部結冰,以致無法輸出壓縮熱能的問題,我們設計並實作一款熱互補裝置取代傳統的蒸發器,利用壓縮機所產生的壓縮熱能,經由冷凝器釋熱後,使室內空氣溫度提升。由於無蒸發器設置,所以在使用上,沒有季節的限制,即使酷寒嚴冬亦可使用。

The main purpose of this study is to design a clothes dryer device by the use of the materials at hand. In order to solve the problem that the refrigerant in the evaporator is not able to evaporate by absorbing heat from the environment to enter the compressor and the outside of the compressor is frozen in an extremely cold day, a heat complementary device is designed and implemented to substitute for the traditional evaporator. By using the compression heat generated by the compressor and releasing it through the condenser, the indoor air temperature increases. Because there is no evaporator set, so in use, there is no seasonal restrictions, even in the extremely cold winter.
