紡織空調系統節能改善案例分析

Case Analysis of Energy Saving Improvement in Textile Air Conditioning System

摘要


本文主要針對某一紡織(織布機)工廠空調系統之冰水系統進行節能改善,由於原冰水系統為開放式導致蒸發器容易產生水垢,冰水蓄水池保溫不良,冷能散失等,進而使維護保養及運轉成本增加。有鑑於此,主要節能改善項目是將冰水管路由開放式改為密閉式,並於空調箱內增加冰水盤管、蒸氣盤管。冰水泵部份則因系統改為密閉式系統,可加裝變頻器降頻運轉。本節能改善工程之節能效益是採用雲端能源管理系統進行長期的量測與驗證。由量測結果可知,將冰水系統由開放式改為密閉式平均為節能率18.52%。在冰水泵方面,因加裝變頻器,平均頻率為55HZ,節能率為21.32%。

This article experimentally investigates the Chilled water system energy saving improvements of textile air-conditioning system. The chilled water system in traditional textile air conditioning system is an open system, evaporator is prone to scale, chilled water storage tank poor insulation and water temperature increases, resulting in increased maintenance and operating costs. The addition of cooling coils and steam coils to the air handling unit makes the chilled water system a closed system is an energy saving improvement. Due to the chilled water pump system change into a closed system, allowing the pump low speed (using the inverter to reduce the frequency) operation. This article uses cloud energy management system for long-term measurement and validation to analysis of energy conservation. The results show the energy saving rate of the present system is 18.52% and the average frequency of chilled water pump is 55HZ, energy saving rate is 21.32%.
