光學膜生產線熱泵空調系統節能探討

摘要


光學膜生產線常需伴隨恆定的溫溼度及潔淨的空調系統來創造有利生產作業環境。傳統空調系統為了維持穩定的恆溫恆濕條件,必須耗費大量能源。因此,如何更有效降低空調系統中能源的使用,便成為從事無塵空調業者必須重視的課題。本研究即以光學膜生產線空調系統為例,就熱泵產生熱水及冰水同時使用在無塵室空調系统中達成廢熱回收節能減碳之設計,7℃冰水達成降溫除濕功能,45℃熱水達成再熱升溫功能做出最佳化之省能設計,達成恒溫恒濕功能大幅提升電力能源使用效率,進而降低化石能源的消耗、降低系統運轉費用。

The optical film production line is usually accompanied by constant temperature and humidity and clean air-conditioning system for creating a favorable environment for production operation. The traditional air-conditioning system must consume a large amount of energy in order to maintain stable and constant temperature and humidity. Therefore, how to reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning system effectively becomes a topic concerned by the dustless air conditioning manufacturers. This study took the air-conditioning system for optical film production line as an example, and used the hot water and chilled water produced by heat pump in the clean room air-conditioning system to implement the design of waste heat recovery and energy saving and carbon reduction. The chilled water at 7℃ was used for cooling and dehumidification, and the hot water at 45℃ was used for reheating for optimal energy saving design. The constant temperature and humidity were implemented, the electric energy utilization efficiency was increased greatly, thus reducing the consumption of fossil energy and system operating cost.
