Nowadays, rising of electricity cost and energy-saving awareness, centralized management of heat is more important than traditional air-cooling in Electrical room. Using the traditional heat pipe is not the best solution because of its cost and huge size with heat sink for heat dissipation. Pulsating heat pipe (PHP) provides a new concept for this problem. This study is to understand maximum heat transfer rate of PHP for industrial use under 400x1400x3mm^3 size with different working fluid. Result shows maximum heat transfer rate of R134a is about 1100W and CO_2 is below 660W. With these results, we have a great reference for design of PHP for industrial use in the future.
