In order to succeed in curriculum reform, in addition to adjusting the original curriculum structure and connotation, we should also pay attention to the practice and change of teachers' teaching concepts in order to receive the expected results. Ignoring the revision of the teacher's teaching philosophy, it is easy to make the curriculum reform a high-profile and cannot be implemented in the classroom teaching activities. The focus of this paper is on the practice and transformation of the teacher's teaching philosophy from the track of curriculum reform. The text includes the trajectory and connection of curriculum reform, the relationship between curriculum reform and teacher teaching practice, the concept and practice of teacher teaching theory and method, inspiration and conclusion. It is hoped that through the discussion in this paper, policy reform policy decision makers can be triggered, and the practice and transformation of teachers' teaching concepts should be emphasized to implement the effectiveness of curriculum reform.
