代間學習對實踐終身學習之探討

The Discussion of Intergenerational Learning to the Implementation of Lifelong Learning

摘要


在全球人口結構的變化及高齡社會趨勢下,代間學習將是終身學習的一種實踐模式。本文經由國內外文獻整理,探討代間學習的意義、功能及重要性後,歸納出包括家庭、學校、社區及工作場合等四種代間學習實施的取向,與終身學習的實施策略是相互呼應。最後提出代間學習的實施建議,包括:各級教育機構應支持代間學習的推展、組織應落實代間學習共享機制及社區應擴展代間學習模式,以促進終身學習的實踐,供讀者參考。

Under the changes in the global demographic structure and the trend of the aging society, intergenerational learning will be a practice model for lifelong learning. Through the collation of domestic and foreign literature, and after exploring the significance, this paper functions and importance of intergenerational learning, sums up four orientations for implementing intergenerational learning, which includes family, school, community, and workplace, all corresponding with the implementation strategies of lifelong learning. Finally, the paper puts forward the following recommendations for the implementation of intergenerational learning: all levels of educational institutions should support the promotion of intergenerational learning, organizations should put in place sharing mechanisms for intergenerational learning, and communities should expand the model of intergenerational learning, all of which can assist in facilitating the practice of lifelong learning.
