十二年國民基本教育課程改革之評論

Comment on the Curriculum Reform of 12-Year Basic Education

摘要


本文評論我國「十二年國民基本教育」課程改革,指出「十二年國民基本教育」課程改革強調培養「終身學習者」統整知識、能力與態度的「核心素養」,成為我國「十二年國民基本教育」課程改革之核心,延續並擴展「九年國民義務教育」強調的學科知識與「國民中小學九年一貫課程改革」培養基本能力之成效。本文進而評析十二年國民基本教育課程改革的時代意義,指出《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要》研修審議內容與過程特色;並評論十二年國民基本教育課程改革的核心素養研究發展過程與結果,進而提出課程改革實施的建議,特別是可成立「核心素養的學校本位課程發展推廣中心」,指引學校進行核心素養學校本位課程發展,教師進行核心素養的課程統整設計,鼓勵學校結合「教育行動研究」發展實用的教學策略及時解決相關問題,以落實十二年國教課程改革。

The author in this paper "Comment on the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Reform" argued that the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Reform in Taiwan emphasis the importance of life-long learners' core competence which integrated knowledge, skill and attitude as core of the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines in Taiwan. The author then explored meanings of core competencies, and inquired the relationship of the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines and core competence in Taiwan. Thus, the author pointed out the function of core competence as the core of curriculum development, and highlighted characteristics of the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Reform and argued the importance of core competence in the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Reform. Furthermore, the author analysis the transformation of the core competencies in the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines and offered some recommendation and suggestions to encourage schools to conduct action research for successful implementation of core competence in the 1-12 National Basic Education Curriculum Reform in Taiwan.
