Hierarchical Linear Modeling Analysis on the Impact of Effective School Model Factors on Students' Science Academic Achievement in Vietnam

越南科學學業成就之有效能學校模式影響因素階層線性模式分析

摘要


The quality of education is the cornerstone of the development of a national society, and school effectiveness highlights the educational quality. The main purpose of this study is to construct the Effective School Model (ESM) and propose the principal's recommendations for improving the educational quality, shaping the school culture, and building a teacher's profession by exploring the issues of ESM in Vietnam. To answer research questions, it uses data mining methodology. Based on the key findings, the study proposes helpful recommendations for principals as well as governments of this country that can use the effective school model to improve educational quality.

教育品質是國家社會發展的基石,辦學效益凸顯教育品質。本研究的主要目的是構建有效能學校模式,並通過探索越南有效能學校模式問題,提出校長對提高教育品質、塑造學校文化和建設教師職業的建議。為了回答研究問題,它使用數據挖掘方法。根據主要發現,該研究為校長和該國政府提出了有用的建議,可以利用有效能的學校模式來提高教育品質。
