摘要


偏遠地區國民中小學代理教師比率過高,乃國民教育急需關注的現象。本文首先以代理教師職務的定義與資格為說明背景;其次,從近十年國中小代理教師人數、比率探討問題,並分析造成之影響與難為之原因;接著,整理、分析主管教育機關近年解決問題之作為。最後,提出改善建議與結語。

The high proportion of elementary and junior high schools substitute teachers in remote areas is a topic that urgently needs attention in education. This article first describe the definition and qualifications of the substitute teacher position as the background; Secondly, from the number and proportion of primary and secondary schools substitute teachers for the past decade to explore the problems, and analyze the reasons for the difficulty; Next, collating the measures of the competent educational institutions for solving problems in recent years. Finally, suggestions and conclusions for improvement are provided.
