美容乙級技術士技能檢定規範彩妝造形設計能力指標建構之研究

本研究旨在探討國內美容乙級技術士技能檢定之現況，並蒐集國內外文獻，分析彩妝造型設計從業人員須具備之專業技術能力與相關知識，以建構美容乙級技術士技能檢定規範之彩妝造型設計能力指標，以作為學校及職訓單位在推動及敎授專業美容彩妝技能時之參考。本研究以德懷術進行，研究工具為自編之「美容乙級技術士技能檢定規範彩妝造型設計能力指標研究問卷」，共邀請九位專家學者進行來回三次德懷術問卷調查，指標構面及指標項目個別之重要程度與適切程度，並進行柯－史無母數單一樣本適合度考驗。本研究之結果顯示：在美容乙級技術士技能檢定規範彩妝造型設計能力指標中，彩妝造形設計構面之重要程度及適切程度達顯著水準，顯示專家們對指標構面看法一致，在5項技能種類中共發展出的29項指標項目。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of the skill verification of beauty technicians in China, collect domestic and foreign literature, analyze the professional technical capabilities and related knowledge that beauty and make-up practitioners must possess, and construct the make-up technology for beauty technicians' skills verification standards. Ability indicators are used as a reference for schools and vocational training units to promote and teach professional beauty and makeup skills. This research was conducted with Dwight's technique, and the research tool was the self-edited "Research Questionnaire on the Skills Test Standardization of Makeup Skills for Beauty Class B Technicians". A total of nine experts and scholars in the field of industry and academia were invited to conduct three rounds of Dwight's technique questionnaires. The indicators The importance and adequacy of individual aspects and index items, and the Ke-History single-sample fitness test is carried out. The results of this study show that: in the technical ability index of color makeup in the skill test of beauty technicians, the importance and appropriateness of the makeup design dimension have reached a significant level, indicating that experts have consistent views on the index dimension.
