建立農田水利會應用資料庫－以桃園農田水利會為例

資料庫系統若能妥善的運用，將能充分地獲得有效的資訊與實用的資料，提供快速完整的資訊服務與資料管理，促進產業的發展；本研究以桃園農田水利會為研究範例，整合大量的文字、表格、工程圖、GIS圖與照片等不同類型資料，以規劃建立水利會應用資料庫之雛形；首先，將所有資料分類、整合成階層式樹狀目錄結構；其次，定義不同資料型態的標準儲存格式；最後，開發三個較通用且具有先導性的應用程式，分別爲資料庫查詢程式、照片管理程式與會誌編排程式，研究成果有助於資訊的整合及會務電腦化。

Building a suitable database system can be very useful in terms of data querying and application. To integrate various and vast amount of textual documents, tables, engineering drawings, GIS graph and photo images of the Taoyuan Irrigation Association, we construct an infrastructure. First, we classify all these data by type and/or function to store them in a hierarchical directory tree. Then, we define standard format of each type and transform all we have got to the standard. Finally, we develop three programs with uniform interfaces to help users retrieve and manage these data easily. There are (1) database query program, (2) photograph management program, and (3) association log editing program, respectively. Our programs provide a simple and elegant interface to integrate all things together. We believe this study can enhance integrating all the information and improve the official furctions computerization of the irrigation association.
