涵洞流量公式應用於螺旋式抽水機抽排觀測之研究

A Study on Applying Culvert Discharge Equation to Pumping-Draining Observation of Screw Pump

摘要


設置於台南縣永康市防洪用之阿基米德螺旋式抽水機,為國內首度由國外引進之大型螺旋式抽水機。洪水經排水路收集後,經螺旋式抽水機將淹水抽至抽水站之外池,再由涵洞排出。為瞭解螺旋式抽水機洪水期之抽排情況,本文應用涵洞流量公式及颱風期間抽水站涵洞上、下游水位觀測資料評估抽水機之抽排量及功率,並由觀測之自記式雨量紀錄分析排水出口雨量、排水出口水位與抽排量之關係。所得之研究成果,將有助於瞭解螺旋式抽水機之運轉情況與維護管理,及台灣地區暴雨颱風之排水條件,可提供相關水利單位防洪管理及未來研究之參考。

Archimedes screw pump was set up for flood prevention in Yong Kang, Tainan city. This huge pump was firstly introduced to us from foreign country. The flood gathered from drainage channel is pumped into the outside pool of pumping station through screw pump, and then drains away by using culvert. To realize the pumping-draining condition of screw pump during flood, the content would apply culvert flow equation plus observed headwater and tailwater data of culvert in pumping station during typhoon period for evaluating the pumping discharge and power of screw pump. Furthermore, we may analyze the relationship for rainfall, water level and pumping-draining discharge of drainage exit from data of recording raingage. The study results contributes to realize the operating condition and maintenance of screw pump; additionally, the draining situation for torrential rain in Taiwan. It can provide as references to related water conservancy bureaus in their future flood prevention study.
