The main purposes of this research are to explore the impact of work remodeling onemployees' innovative behaviors in enterprises, the feasibility of demographic background variables, job remodeling, self-efficacy, reforming new leadership, and innovation behavior scales are analyzed with descriptive statistics. The job remolding has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior. Job remodeling has a positive effect on employees' self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has positive influence on employee innovation behavior. Self-efficacy mediates the relationship between job remodeling and innovation behavior. Transformational leadership plays a positive role in job remodeling and innovation behavior.
