COVID-19行動防疫醫療站之實務運用

本計畫在降低醫療從業人員染疫風險的前提下，設計符合疫情需求的高機動性行動防疫醫療站，提供民眾良好的醫療服務，亦配合政府的防疫措施，共同對抗疫情的擴散。本計畫設計並提供醫療機構通過SGS認證且符合CDC設置標準的行動防疫醫療站，其中包含行動式負壓隔離病房、行動式診所與實驗室、行動式正壓篩檢站，並內含醫療級空氣清淨機、攜帶式動力呼吸器與移動式X光機等設備。於國內，目前多個醫療單位使用本計畫之篩檢站且持續擴建中，提供民眾做快篩檢測；於國外，協助泰國、越南、邦交國帛琉等國家設置醫療站，在人道層面提供防疫物資、齊心抗疫，在外交層面亦可加強國與國之間的互助關係。本計畫之醫療站不僅提供高機動性且安全舒適的醫療環境，篩檢效益亦可回饋醫療機構作為醫療研究或其他相關需求之資源運用，形成資源流動的良好循環。且行動防疫醫療站在非疫情期間亦能被充分使用，轉做為偏鄉、離島醫療照護站與社區長照中心之關懷據點。

In order to reduce the infection risk of medical practitioners, this project designed mobile medical stations for COVID-19 epidemic prevention, which provided medical services to the public and cooperated with the government's pandemic policy. This project designed and provided medical institutions with SGS certificated and CDC standard mobile medical stations. The medical station included a negative pressure isolation ward, clinic, laboratory, positive pressure swabbing station and other equipment such as a medical-grade air purifier, powered air-purifying respirator and X-ray set. Domestically, many medical institutions in Taiwan used our swabbing station to practice COVID-19 screening pre-tests. Internationally, we assisted Thailand, Vietnam, and Palau in setting up medical stations to provide anti-epidemic materials and strengthen mutual diplomacy. Our medical station not only provides a highly flexible and safe medical environment, but the benefits of screening can also be used as resources for medical research or other related needs, forming a good circulation. In addition, the medical station can also be fully used during the non-epidemic period. It can be used as a healthcare station for rural areas and offshore islands or a community long-term care station.
