摘要

新冠肺炎（COVID-19）導致全球巨大損失，危及上萬人的健康和生命，相對一般人，自身免疫系統已異常低落的長期照護機構居民，和必須日復一日接受血液透析治療的腎友，這些人群更容易被新型冠狀病毒感染，甚至奪取寶貴的生命。雖然近期有很多不同國家發表文獻關於如何在血液透析中心建制防疫管理系統，提升患者的醫療品質和降低感染，但並沒有文獻探討和比較台灣自建的防疫系統與全球其他地區的血液透析防疫管理有何相同或差異之處。因此撰寫此論述，期待台灣血液透析中心和相關醫療機構能藉鑒全球其他醫療管理實踐，持續系統化、日常化和優質化相關防疫管理，降低和杜絕血液透析患者的感染幾率，維護患者健康和生命。

The Coronavirus Disease of 2019 (COVID-19) caused huge losses worldwide, endangering the health and lives of many people. Residents of long-term care institutions and hemodialysis patients are particularly vulnerable as they have suppressed immune systems, so they are more likely to be infected by COVID-19. Although many countries have recently published papers on establishing COVID-19 prevention management protocols in hemodialysis centers, there is currently no literature that compares and contrasts Taiwan's COVID-19 prevention management and prevention programs from around the world. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the similarities and differences between the COVID-19 prevention programs in Taiwan with other countries so that hemodialysis centers and other related medical facilities in Taiwan may further enhance their protocols to reduce and eliminate possible COVID-19 infections in hemodialysis patients.
