裝潢木工業的入門要求與職務內容認知

Awareness of entry requirements and job responsibilities of decorative carpentry

摘要


我國因為室內裝修產業的蓬勃發展,且無論在各種空間類型的裝修案件當中,木作工程皆是預算比例最多、所需時程最長的工種,進而帶動裝潢木工從業人員的需求;然而,目前裝潢木工從業人員於各職級所具備的能力水準不同,為了符合市場需求、滿足技術需要,如何分辨各職務養成所需之能力指標便成為一項重要課題。有鑑於此,本研究設定以具備有五年以上師傅職務者為對象,進行專家問卷調查和訪談,並以階段性抽樣的件數為基礎,予以歸納、統計和分析,最後的結果顯示:學徒與半技師皆是屬於學習執行層,所以在職前要求階段會以「專業領域」的要求為主,師傅與師傅頭就是以「案場經驗」最受重視,隨之無論從業人員的職務為何,在適應觀察階段裡「工作態度」是最重要的項目,基礎培育階段是以「安全防護」為第一要求,進階學習階段就十分看重「溝通表達」的能力,最後在經營領導階段師傅頭以「成本掌控」最需必備,師傅則是以「施作修正」為要務;職業特性屬難易度偏高、安全度偏低、需求度傾向工作、專業度朝向實務、完整度偏結構多、育成度以長期為主、技能度偏製造多、層級度偏重於技術。

As the interior decoration industry in Taiwan prospers, carpentry work has become the most expensive and time-consuming type of work in decoration cases of various types of spaces, which further drives the demand for decorative carpenters. However, decorative carpenters of different levels have different competence levels. To meet market demand and technical needs, the method for identifying competence indicators required for the development of positions has become an important topic. To this end, this study conducted an expert questionnaire survey and interviews on master workers with more than five years of work experience and carried out organization, statistics, and analyses based on the quantities of staged samples. According to the result, apprentices and mid-level technicians are at the learning and execution level. Therefore, in the pre-employment phase, the professional field is a major requirement. Master workers and headmaster workers are measured by case experience. Regardless of positions, work attitude is the most important item in the adaptation and observation stage. In the basic training stage, safety protection is the top requirement. In the advanced learning stage, importance is attached to the communication and expression competence. In the operation leadership stage, cost control is the most important prerequisite for headmaster workers, and construction rectification is a priority for master workers. Their occupational characteristics include high difficulty, low safety, work demand, practical professionalism, structural integrity, a long-term development duration, higher fabrication skill, and higher technical level.
