新生兒聽力篩查結果分析

目的：分析新生兒聽力篩查的結果。方法：通過對本院2019年的3238名新生兒聽力篩查結果進行回顧，並對人口學資料進行分組比較。結果：本院新生兒聽力篩查通過率為98.6%，轉介率為1.4%。相關影響因素分析中，異常體重總篩查通過率顯著低於正常體重新生兒（χ^2 =16.625，P <0.001）。不同分娩方式與總篩查結果比較存在顯著差異（χ^2 =20.255，P <0.001），剖腹產的新生兒總篩查不通過發生率顯著高於其他分娩方式。胎齡長短對總篩查通過率存在顯著統計學差異（χ^2 =9.328，P<0.05），胎齡<37週早產兒的總篩查不通過率顯著較≥37週為最高。結論：本院新生兒聽力篩查較其他文獻報導的篩查通過率高；三個影響新生兒聽力篩查結果的因素包括：胎齡、體重常態及分娩方式。識別新生兒聽力篩查的影響因素，提高聽力篩查準確性。

Objective: To analyze the influential factors of neonatal hearing screening results. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted with the hearing screening data in 2019 of 3238 newborns in Kiang Wu Hospital. Results: The passing rate of neonatal hearing screening in Kiang Wu Hospital was 98.6%, and the referral rate was 1.4%. The total screening passing rate of abnormal-weight babies was significantly lower than that of normal-weight babies (χ^2=16.626, P<0.001). High incidence rate of total screening failure in infants delivered by caesarean section was found (χ^2=20.255, P<0.001). High failure rate of total screening results in the gestational age <37 weeks was significantly found (χ^2=9.328, P<0.05). Conclusion: The newborn hearing screening results in Kiang Wu Hospital was better than other literatures. Three influential factors of the newborn hearing screening were: premature baby, normality of birth weight and types of delivery. The influential factors of neonatal hearing screening were identified, so as to improve the accuracy of hearing screening.
