牙支持式數字化導板引導牙種植的精準度分析

Accuracy analysis of dental implantation guided by the digital dental support guide plate

摘要


目的:評估使用牙支持式數字化導板引導進行上下頜區、前後牙區、不同長度植體種植的精準度差異。方法:本研究納入2020年7月~2021年1月期間在本院口腔科進行牙支持式數字化導板種植牙手術者38例(植體38枚)。使用軟件將患者術前種植設計數據與術後種植體位置數據進行擬合,測量種植體設計位置與術後實際位置的差異。結果:與種植體術前設計植入位置比較,種植體實際植入位置在上下頜區之間、前後牙區之間的數據無統計學差異(P>0.05)。≤10mm的短種植體與>10mm的長種植體在尖端、植體角度方面存在較大偏差,組間數據分析有統計學意義(P<0.05);而頸部偏差距離、深度偏差距離的差異沒有統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:牙支持式數字化導板可以精確轉移術前設計方案,可以避免損傷頜骨重要解剖結構,降低手術風險,獲得滿意的修復效果。

Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of digital dental support guide plates in different regions and different length implants. Methods: In this study, 38 patients (with 38 implants) who underwent implantation with a digital dental support guide plate in the Department of Stomatology of Kiang Wu Hospital from July 2020 to January 2021 were included. The software was used to integrate the preoperative implant design data of patients with the postoperative implant position data, and the difference between the designed implant position and the actual postoperative position was measured. Results: Compared with the preoperative designed implant location, there was no statistical difference in the actual implant location between the upper and lower jaw, anterior and posterior teeth. The short implants ≤10mm and long implants >10mm had significant deviation in the aspects of tip and implant Angle, and the data analysis between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in neck deviation distance and depth deviation distance (P>0.05). Conclusion: The digital dental support guide plate can accurately transfer the preoperative design, avoid damaging the important anatomical structure of jawbones, reduce the operational risk and obtain satisfactory denture restoration.
