《澳門粵語學前語言篩查測驗》在兒童語言評估訓練中的應用

The application of MacCLASS-P in speech assessment and training for children

摘要


目的:探討《澳門粵語學前語言篩查測驗》(MacCLASS-P)在兒童語言評估訓練中的應用,為兒童的語言功能評估分享使用標準化工具之經驗。方法:選取27例語言發展遲緩(DLD)和19例自閉症譜系障礙(ASD)患兒為對象,對兩組進行8次訓練干預,在訓練前後利用MacCLASS-P進行語言功能評估及評價。結果:DLD組在訓練前後總評分有統計學差異(P<0.05),語意理解(CR)、語意表達(CE)、語法理解(FR)、語法表達(FE)及語用(P)均有統計學差異,訓練後有48.1%DLD兒童通過篩檢;而ASD組訓練前後總評分有統計學差異(P<0.05),其中CE具統計學差異(P<0.05),CR、FR、FE及P無統計學差異,訓練後通過篩檢比率為26.3%。結論:MacCLASS-P作為標準化量評,為兒童語言訓練成效提供量化指標。

Objective: To investigate the application of MacCLASS-P in speech assessment and to share an experience of using a standardized speech assessment tool for children. Methods: 27 children with developmental language delay (DLD) and 19 children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD)were selected. Two groups were given 8-times speech training. MacCLASS-P tested all participants before and after training. Results: The total score of MacCLASS-P in two groups before and after training were statistically different (P<0.05). Scores of the DLD group in content reception (CR), content expression (CE), form reception (FR), form expression (FE), and pragmatics (P) were statistically different (P<0.05). In the ASD group, only the score of CE was statistically different (P<0.05). The passing rate through the test in DLD and ASD groups were 48.1% and 26.3%, respectively. Conclusion: MacCLASS-P, a standardized tool of speech assessment, was suggested to be used as an effective measurement tool to evaluate the language function of children.
