中介者與地方文化館共創發展與反思——以雲林縣為例

Co-creative Development and Reflection between Intermediary and Regional Cultural Museums: Cases Study of the Yunlin County

摘要

本文探討中介者與地方文化館（以下簡稱地文館）多年陪伴期間的共創發展過程，如何透過相互轉譯，亦即兩種不同的行動者，各以平等之姿「相互以自己的語言，說出對方的興趣」，相互轉譯的不只是處理現況問題，還包含未來公共想像，並反思中介者的規劃想像與轉譯話語，地文館的接受度與中介者的調整策略等。本研究舉中介者多年實際工作為探討案例，探討中介者在地文館的角色及共創發展的相互轉譯中，產生的意義。歸納為，1.運籌中介者，不只是政府與地文館間訊息的傳遞者，亦是服務提供者。2.中介者亦是地文館經營模式的詮釋者，發現雲林地文館經營模式可分「鄉鎮發展型」與「主題結盟型」，不同屬性影響中介者規劃鄉鎮級生態博物館的接受度。3.中介者與地文館，為平等與對等關係，中介者不以檢討與批評地文館現今營運為要，而是以與地文館共同討論未來發展可能為重點，啟發新概念，中介者亦從提供具體建議，與地文館相互轉譯過程中，不斷修正策略，而長期陪伴產生的互信，是溝通產生效應的重要基礎。

This thesis explores the process of co-creation and development between the intermediary and the Regional Cultural Museums during the years of companionship. Through mutual translation, how the two different actors translate each other, not only dealing with the current situation, but also including the imagination of the future, reflecting on the gap between the planning imagination of the intermediary, the acceptance of the regional museums, and the adjustment strategy of the intermediary. This study takes the intermediary's practical work as a case study, and explores the role of the intermediary between the regional museums, the mutual translation of co-creation and development, and the significance of it. In conclusion, firstly, the intermediary is not only the transmitter of information between the government and the regional museums, but also a multiple service provider. Secondly, the intermediary is an interpreter of the operation mode of the regional museums . It is found that the Yunlin Regional Cultural Museums can be divided into two types: "Township Eco-Museum Type" and "Theme Alliance Type". Thirdly, the intermediary and the regional museums have an equal and reciprocal relationship. The intermediary not only focus on reviewing and criticizing the current operation of the regional museums, but also on discussing the possible future development with the regional museums to inspire new concepts. The intermediary constantly revises the strategy in the process of providing specific suggestions and translation with the mutual trust generated by long-term companionship. It is an important basis for effective communication.
