無障礙智慧巴士站牌設計發展與使用性評估研究

Research on Development and Usability Evaluation of Accessibility Intelligence Bus Stop Sign Design

摘要


視覺障礙人士由於生理限制,在生活中經常遭遇諸多不便及困難。其中,由於現存公車站牌僅有視覺呈現形式、操作應用程式認知負擔較高等因素,我們可以發現難以獲得公共交通的即時動態資訊是一項值得注意的議題。因此,本研究根據前期調查與文獻探討建構智慧生活輔助無障礙設計框架,以此設計一款以視覺障礙者為核心考量的智慧無障礙巴士站牌。運用簡便、容易學習之操作形式,協助視障者快速取得交通資訊,並提供聽覺語音及觸覺震動以告知視障者指定公車路線的抵達時間及目前位置。再者,本研究邀請20 位視覺障礙者參與產品操作體驗,透過系統可用性量表及使用者體驗問卷進而評估本輔助裝置設計的易用程度及使用者體驗感受。研究結果顯示,本次巴士站牌設計的SUS分數為92.3分,使用者體驗為2.93分,顯示具有高度的易用性及使用者滿意度。此外,研究結果也進一步驗證設計規範具可靠的指引效力,期望有助於推動未來相關公共交通無障礙輔助設計的發展。

Due to physical limitations, visually impaired people often encounter many difficulties in life. Among them, due to factors such as bus stop signs only provide visual information and high cognitive burden of operating the application, we can find that it is difficult for them to obtain real-time information of public transportation. Therefore, this research constructed an intelligence-accessible design framework and developed an intelligence-accessible bus stop sign based on it. Helps the visually impaired to quickly obtain traffic information using a simple and easy way, and provides voice and tactile vibration to inform them arrival time and current location of the bus. Furthermore, this study invited 20 visually impaired people to participate in the product operation experience, and evaluated the usability and user experience of the assistive device design through the system usability scale and user experience questionnaire. The research results show that the SUS score of the bus stop sign design is 92.3, and the user experience score is 2.93, indicating a high degree of usability and user satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results further verify that the design guideline has a reliable guiding effect, and it is expected to help promote the development of accessibility design for public transportation in the future.
