團體自助旅遊行程規劃應用程式研究初探

根據中華民國交通部觀光局2020年臺灣旅遊現況調查，國人搜集旅遊資訊來源以透過網際網路與社群媒體的方式占比最高。現今自助旅遊者能以多種工具互相搭配使用，來滿足行前準備的資料尋找、彙整、應用與規劃之需求。當團體在共同規劃自助旅行時除了利用合作力量來協助搜尋景點資訊的進行，也需要成員間透過溝通來達到對行程路線的共識，然而在討論過程中受到溝通工具的功能限制，降低整體作業的流暢度與效率。本研究為瞭解旅伴們於行程規劃時的使用情境與主要使用互動功能，將探討「協同作業」導入旅遊規劃應用平台之中，利用「文獻分析歸納法」與「問卷法」歸納出現有旅遊規劃產品所需功能，提供未來設計團體旅遊規劃應用程式時的參考方向。

According to the 2020 Survey of Travel by R.O.C Citizens by the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the way to collect travel information through the Internet and social media is the highest proportion. Nowadays, individual travelers can search for travel information through a variety of methods. When a group planning the trip together is not only using the cooperation to assist in the search for information, but also necessary to communicate among members to reach a consensus on the itinerary. However, the function of communication tools is limited in the discussion process, which reduces the fluency and efficiency of the cooperative work. In order to understand when the user is using product’s scenarios and the main interactive functions of the group in itinerary planning, this exploratory research will investigate the itinerary planning application with "Cooperative Work". Using the "Document Analysis" and "Questionnaire" to summarize the functions of existing top 5 itinerary planning products, to be the references when designing group itinerary planning applications in the future.
