摘要


在全面推进教育数字化转型过程中,建立科学有效的教育数字化转型成熟度模型,对评估教育组织的数字化转型现状和能力、及时发现问题并进行优化改进具有重要意义。该研究在对国内外数字化成熟度模型进行系统梳理的基础上,结合教育数字化转型的特定内涵与关键要素,探索及确定教育数字化转型的关键过程域,将教育数字化转型成熟度界定为初始级、成长级、提升级、创新级和成熟级五个级别,构建教育数字化转型成熟度模型,并对该模型的具体应用流程进行了阐述。该模型可为教育组织提供教育数字化转型成熟度评估的方法和工具,也可为教育数字化转型的决策和实施提供参考依据。

In the process of comprehensively promoting the digital transformation in education, it is of great significance to establish a scientific and effective maturity model for the digital transformation of educational organizations, so as to evaluate the current situation and capabilities of digital transformation of education organizations, timely discover problems and make optimization and improvement. Based on the systematic review of digital maturity models, combined with the specific connotation and key elements of digital transformation in education, this study explores and determines the key process areas of digital transformation in education, divides the maturity of digital transformation into five levels, including initial level, growth level, promotion level, innovation level and maturity level, constructs the maturity model of digital transformation in education, and elaborates the specific application process of the model. This model can provide educational organizations with methods and tools for education digital transformation maturity assessment, and can also provide reference for decision-making and implementation of digital transformation in education.
