数智时代的教育数字化转型:基于社会变迁和组织变革的视角

Digital Transformation of Education in the Era of Digital and Intelligence: Based on the Perspectives of Social Changing and Organizational Evolution

摘要


数字化转型作为时代发展的一个必然趋势,已经成为各国提升国际竞争力、实现可持续发展和战略自主的重要手段,并在社会各领域内“发生着”。教育数字化转型作为社会数字化转型的一个分支,具有其内在独特性。为了更全面地认识、理解教育数字化转型,从社会变迁以及组织变革两个视角,对其演化脉络进行了梳理。从社会变迁层面看,技术的四次代际演化正在加速人类文明进化与社会变迁的进程;从组织层面看,教育数字化转型是组织层面的彻底性变革。在数字化转型过程中,当前的教育面临着技术使用与抗拒、转型成本与结果、系统与要素复杂性、技术暴露与隐私安全四重现实困境。教育数字化转型的纾困应从组织变革的视角出发,以“育人为本”为根本原则,坚持整体推进策略,以多元协同为主要方式,在秉持安全规范的前提下,通过数字技术实现对教与学的全面赋能。

As an inevitable trend in the development of the era, digital transformation has become an important means for countries to enhance their international competitiveness, achieve sustainable development and strategic independence, and it has taken place in all fields of society. As a branch of social digital transformation, digital transformation in education has its inherent uniqueness. In order to understand the digital transformation of education more comprehensively, this paper makes a detailed review of the evolutionary process of digital transformation from the perspectives of social changing and organizational evolution. From the perspective of social changing, the four intergenerational evolution of technology is accelerating the process of human civilization evolution and social change. Meanwhile, the digital transformation in education is a radical evolution at the organizational level. In the process of digital transformation in education, there are four real dilemmas we need to face up to: the pull of technology adoption and resistance, the contradiction between transformation costs and results, the imbalance of system and element complexity, the conflict between technology exposure and privacy security. The bailout of the digital transformation in education should stall from the perspective of organizational change, take "people-oriented" as the fundamental principle, adhere to the overall promotion strategy, and take diversified collaboration as the main method. Then, using digital technology to achieve comprehensive empowerment of teaching and learning under the premise of adhering to safety regulations.
