情境投入纵向研究的理论、测量及分析方法的发展研究

The Longitudinal Research on the Development of Theory, Measurement and Analysis Methods of Situational Engagement

摘要


情境投入关注微观时间尺度,具有情境性、时序性和波动性等独有的特征,它更贴近个体学习的真实状态,是学习投入的状态属性。近年来国外在情境投入研究方面已经积累了较为丰富的经验,其大多是在微观层次上、具体活动情境中开展的纵向实证探索,在理论和方法上取得了一些发展,能为我国学者提供一些实践参考。基于此,该研究利用系统性文献综述法对国内外近年来情境投入的实证研究进行统计分析后发现:(1)情境投入的研究大多是以定量为主的纵向实证研究;(2)研究者多从三维度心理结构、心流理论、动态系统观等视角定义和概念化情境投入;(3)经验取样、生理信号采集等纵向方法为捕获个体情境投入提供了有效的测量方式;(4)多层线性模型、多模态学习分析等为分析情境投入提供了有效的分析方法。研究建议:我国学者在开展学习投入的实证研究时,不仅要关注个体的整体学习投入,而且要关注具体活动中的情境投入,构建多元理论视角下情境投入分析模型,注重情境投入的多模态数据采集与分析,加强情境投入的纵向实证探索,进而提高教育实证研究质量。

Situational engagement focuses on the micro time scale and has situational, temporal, and fluctuating characteristics. Situational engagement, as a state attribute of learning engagement, is closer to the real state of learning. In recent years, foreign countries have accumulated relatively rich experience in situational engagement, most of which is longitudinal empirical exploration at the micro level and in specific activity contexts, which can provide a more practical reference for our scholars in theory and method. Based on this, we conducted the statistical analysis of empirical studies on situational engagement using the systematic literature review method and found that: (1) most of the studies on situational engagement were quantitative and all longitudinal research; (2) Situational engagement was defined and conceptualized from the perspectives of three-dimensional psychological structure, flow theory, and dynamic developmental system; (3) Longitudinal methods, such as experience sampling method, wearable devices, provide effective measurement approaches for capturing situational engagement; (4) Multi-level model and multimodal learning analytics provides an effective analysis method for analyzing situational engagement. Research proposal: our scholars should not only focus on the individual's overall engagement but also on situational engagement in specific activities. First, we can construct a situational engagement analysis model from the perspective of multiple theories. Second, we should pay attention to the acquisition and analysis of multimodal data. Third, we should strengthen longitudinal empirical exploration of situational engagement, and thus improve the quality of the empirical research.
