教育學院實習教師幸福感與任教意願關係之研究-以心理契約為中介變項

Relationship between Education Major Intern Teachers' Well-being and their Teaching Willingness with the Psychological Contract as the Mediator

摘要


本研究旨在探討某大學所屬教育學院實習教師幸福感與任教意願的關係,並以教師心理契約為中介變項,了解心理契約在教育學院實習與任教意願之間產生的中介作用。首先,從相關理論與文獻探討,以形塑研究立論基礎與架構。其次,確定三份具信效度的量表為研究工具,分別測量教師幸福感、教師心理契約,及任教意願,並以問卷調查法,針對中國大陸某大學某學院之全部習習教師為研究對象,共計約373位教育學院實習教師完成填寫,超過九成以上填寫,經過資料篩選與分析,共獲得365份有效問卷,可用率97.9%。量化調查資料經SPSS描述統計考驗與分析以及運用AMOS結構方程式進行理論探索與模型驗證分析,獲得以下研究結論:一、教育學院實習教師幸福感、心理契約與任教意願具有中上程度之肯定,分別以樂觀表現、工作認知、體現教育愛等層面的感受較深。二、教育學院實習教師幸福感、心理契約與任教意願間,彼此呈現正相關。三、教育學院實習教師幸福感、心理契約與任教意願,整體結構方程式具有良好的適配度。四、教育學院實習教師幸福感,透過心理契約的中介作用,對於任教意願的整體效果更佳。

This study is to explore the relationship between the well-being of intern teachers in a college of education and their willingness to teach, using their psychological contract as a mediator. First, relevant theories and literature are discussed to form the basis and structure of the research argument. Second, three reliable and valid scales were determined as instruments to measure teachers' well-being, psychological contract, and willingness to teach respectively; a questionnaire survey was administered to all intern teachers in a college at a university in mainland China. About 373 intern teachers completed the questionnaire (return rate is 90%); 365 valid questionnaires were obtained, with a completeness rate of 97.9%. Data were analyzed by structural equation model for theoretical exploration and model verification analysis, using SPSS and AMOS. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The well-being, psychological contract, and willingness to teach of intern teachers range from moderate to high levels, with deep feelings in terms of optimistic performance, work cognition, and passion for education respectively. 2. There is a positive correlation between the well-being, psychological contract, and willingness to teach among intern teachers. 3. The overall structural equation of the well-being, psychological contract, and willingness to teach among intern teachers has a good degree of adaptability. 4. The well-being of intern teachers has a better overall effect on the willingness to teach through the mediation of psychological contracts.
