本研究將針對日本退休人士(尤其是「團塊世代」)在台進行長住(Long Stay)之市場進行研究,並提出其在台長住發展策略的提案。 本研究首先對日本退休人士進行相關驗證,包括地域分佈、生計、活動領域等概況,以及日本針對團塊世代之市場之市場變化徵兆及採取措施的事例介紹。 其次,將針對團塊世代海外長住市場之必要要素進行檢討,依據問卷、統計結果來解讀即將退休者對於海外長住的考量因素,並對會考慮長住的消費者「都市型Senior」,其特徵及海外長住必要要素進行推測。 接著將透過介紹其他國家對長住市場所採取之措施,與台灣目前採取之政策現況,評估台灣市場的可能性,並提出新的架構方案。若能靈活運用外部資源,則相信新的架構方案必定能夠開拓確實且具實績的市場。
This research will aim at the market of Long Stay Japanese Dankai generation in Taiwan, and propose a new framework programme. The research will first introduce the profiles of Japanese Dankai generation, including geographical distribution, livelihood, areas of activity, etc. The research will also introduce some examples of measures adopted to adapt to the changing Dankai generation market in Japan. Secondly, this research will review the essence of the market of Long Stay Dankai generation overseas. Based on the questionnaire and the statistic results, it is possible to interpret the considerations of those who about to retire for Long Stay overseas. Then this research will speculate on the characteristics and the concerns about overseas Long Stay of the potential customers (so-called "metropolitan Senior"). At last, by comparing the measures toward the Long Stay market taken by other countries with those taken by Taiwan, this research will be able to assess the possibility of the Taiwan market, and propose a new framework programme. With flexible use of external resources, it is believable that this new programme will be able to open up a fruitful market.
