網路影像監控行業的發展困境與價值創造循環的設計

摘要


監控是近幾年受到產業需多關注的市場應用,不僅是因為此產業的市場應用仍高速成長,台灣在過去多年的努力下,更是在此產業佔有不可忽視的地位。同時,影像監控的技術也正面臨一個重要移轉,從傳統的閉路電視轉向開放的網路環境,因此可創再更多應用價值,也更將產業規模推上一層樓。國內廠商在技術持續研發的進步下,逐漸在國際市場發光發亮,除了慣有的ODM模式與國外大場合作外,亦有許多廠商以自有品牌闖出一片天。然而,在前有國外大廠以整體服務盤據市場外,旁有韓國廠商虎視眈眈,後更有大陸廠商的崛起, 台灣廠商處於此關鍵時刻,如何利用自身優勢創造更大市場價值,成為重要的競爭與生存關鍵。 本研究以價值創造循環(Value Creation Cycle)為主軸架構,解構影像監控市場的現況與發展趨勢,希望從分析中能得出有助於現有與未來投入的供應廠商一個可行的方案,進一步擴大自身的價值與競爭力。 本研究認為未來影像監控市場將朝兩極化發展:以低價與成本取勝的海量市場,以及以價值與客制化取勝的價值市場。以過去電子業的經驗來看,海量市場的經營對於台灣廠商是較為不利的,也因此希望能將價值創造循環(Value Creation Cycle)的觀念,加以最新科技的應用與實踐,提供台灣廠商能以最大的適應性,提供最精準的價值到全球不同市場。

Video surveillance application is drawing more and more attention of the industry in the market in recent years. Not only because of the industry's application of the market is still growing, Taiwan's efforts in the past years, gains a significant status in the industry. At the same time, video monitoring is also facing an important transfer of technology, shifting from traditional CCTV to open network environment, so it creates more value and upgrades the industry . Domestic manufacturers in the technology with the continued advances in research and development, gradually shine in the international market. In addition to the usual ODM model cooperation with foreign countries, there are also many manufacturers own brand through out the sky. However, market as a whole, the former overseas manufacturers dominating "whole services" ,Korea manufacturers eyeing, and further more, Mainland firms rising after Taiwan manufacturers. At this critical juncture, how to take advantage of its strengths to create greater market value, an important competition and survival of the key. To value creation cycle of the study (Value Creation Cycle) for spindle structure, Deconstructing video surveillance market status and development trend, hope could be drawn from the analysis contribute to existing and future manufacturers a viable option to further expand their value and competitiveness. This study suggests that the future of video surveillance market will polarize development: to win by the low price and the cost in mass market, and by the value in customized market. The past experience of the electronics industry, a mass market for Taiwan manufacturers are less favorable, and therefore wants to value creation cycle (Value Creation Cycle) concept, the use of the latest technology and practice, providing Taiwan firms with maximum adaptability, provides the most accurate values to the global market.
