In this paper, using Mainland China's average wage data of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2009 . Establish a transport network based weight matrix, using the spatial econometric model to identify if the average wage of one province has spatial interaction with other province, the results found the average wage does exist a positive spillover effect, and also establish regional-type weight matrix and found that spillover effect of three Urban economic circle and the peripheral provinces are below average, Judging by the growth pole theory , Urban economic circles’s polarization effect is greater than the diffusion effect, a large number of factors of production still gather in the urban economic circle.
