防爆電磁閥之電腦輔助設計與分析

摘要


本研究探討一防爆電磁閥之電腦輔助設計與分析防爆結構之特性。在設計上是參考五口二位電磁閥NASS BV 4984為實體,採用I-DEAS軟體作設計;在分析電磁閥的防爆結構時,是使用有限元素ANSYS軟體探討其應力、溫度及磁通量上的變化。 研究中使用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS來建立有限元素分析模型,離散化網格,根據物理條件加以求解。然後,利用不同的標準評估所得數據,並且驗證是否符合其防爆安全標準。 將經由ANSYS分析結果後得到的結果,進一步與電磁閥NASS BV 4984實際情況作比較。然後,藉由調整數值參數將兩者之誤差調至一可接受之範圍。最終,一較合理的電磁閥之結構設計將可得到,並且希望對於未來電磁閥之規範與設計作出積極性的可靠建議。

In order to investigate the characteristics of explosion-proof solenoid valves tools, computer aided design and analysis were applied in this study. Based on a explosion-proof solenoid valve (NASS BV 4984), a virtual valve was designed by using the I-DEAS software. In the analysis of the anti-explosion structure of the valve, the ANSYS software for finite element analysis was used to find out the variations of stress, temperature, and magnetic flux. The ANSYS software was used for establishment of a finite element model with discrete grids to get solutions related to its physical conditions. Then, those solutions were compared with respective standards to check if they meet those safety requirements. The results obtained from ANSYS simulation model were compared with the actual conditions from the NASS valve. Then, the model was rerun by changing its parameters continually until the difference between ANSYS data and preset values were within an acceptable limit. At last, a reasonable type of valves obtained from modeling may provide a relatively reliable basis for valve designs.
