壓電式背光反流器系統控制晶片

摘要


本文採用含壓電變壓器之半橋式共振反流器,文中針對縮小反流器系統之體積、提高電路轉換效率及背光反流器系統必v型系統晶片規劃,進行研究探討。 壓電變壓器有著體積小,效率高、無線圈和無電磁干擾的優點,所以是一個非常引人注意的材料。 以定頻控制和相位控制為基礎的控制方式被用來控制壓電式背光換流器系統在本文中被提及。此種控制方式可是壓電變壓器永遠被操作在共振頻率上不受製程和溫度變異的影響。 最後,壓電變壓器之半橋式共振反流器的系統控制晶片的系統控制電路被規劃及設計。

A half-bridge inverter with a cascading piezoelectric transformer (PT) is designed for cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs). The circuit systems are selected to achieve (1) smaller volume, (2) higher efficiency, and (3) backlight inverter power system on a chip (Power SOC) futurely. A piezoelectric transformer is very attractive material since it has many advantages, low profile , high efficiency , no windings , and no electromagnetic noise. A control strategy for piezoelectric transformer backlight inverter based on a constant frequency control and phase control is presented. The control always tracks piezoelectric transformer resonance frequency, independently of process variation and temperature variation. Finally, a control chip circuit for half-bridge inverter with a cascading piezoelectric transformer is planned and designed.
