亞熱帶氣候區雙層PE塑膠布溫室之節能研究

The Research of Double Layering PE films Greenhouse on Energy-Saving in Subtropical Region

摘要


本研究主要探討亞熱帶氣候區雙層PE膜塑膠布溫室之節能研究;採用以92年9月於台大校內建造的拱型空氣膜溫室實體,進行冬春季濕冷或乾冷氣候,與夏秋季節高濕熱氣候的外氣狀況下,屋頂與壁體多種簡易設施的環境調節操作與管理技術試驗。溫室面積8坪,以管徑1吋鍍鋅圓鐵管作骨架,0.1mm透明PE塑膠膜及20cm空氣層構成雙層外殼,屋頂中央之空氣層內可開閉式30cm寬的內外層氣流口等低造價設施物。以外殼屋頂及壁體調節設施設計,使溫室室內環境合乎台灣地區生物生長需求。探討屋頂上方遮蔽方式,空氣層內流通與密閉通風,壁體雙層被覆材放下或捲起,空氣層加裝網材及加濕等條件下的阻熱及保溫能力。夏季屋頂與壁體調節設施實驗結果顯示:屋頂上方兩層銀網開啟,內外氣流口開啟,置20cm空氣層;壁體雙層塑膠膜捲起,空氣層加設銀網及加濕,可以有效降低室內熱得,阻熱能力日間為24-32%,夜間為29-36%,日間室內光透入率為11-12%,日間室內溫度比室外溫度低8.2℃,室內溫度在30℃以下。冬季屋頂與壁體調節設施實驗結果顯示:屋頂上方無遮蔽,內外氣流口關閉,置20cm空氣層;壁體雙層塑膠膜放下,室內200cm處架設水平銀網,日間室內熱得能力為55%,夜間熱損失為37.7%,日間室內外溫度比室外溫度高4.5℃,日間室內光透入率為41%。

This research aims to study of double layering PE films greenhouse on energy-saving in subtropical region. The experiment focuses on the effects of heat-prevention and heat-preservation under different conditions of sheltering, open and close of airflow within air gap, cover and uncover of double-layering PE films of walls, and the install of additional nets within air gap. The result of summer shelter and wall covering control indicates that the interior heat absorbability is effectively reduce when double-layering sliver nets, the inner and outer opens of airflow are opened, and a 20cm-height air gap is caused; PE films of walls are opened, and sliver nets are installed within the air gap and are moisturized. The heat-insulation rate is 24-32% and 29-36% during the day and night, respectively. The light transmittance and the interior temperature lower than 30℃ is 11-12% and 8.2℃, respectively, lower than the outdoors. The result of adjustments of roof and walls in winter shows that when shelters are removed, opens of airflow are closed, and a 20cm-height air gap is caused; walls are covered with PE films, and sliver nets are installed horizontally in the ceiling height of 200cm, the heat-absorbing rate is 55% during the day time, and heat-loss rate is 37.7% during the night; the interior temperature is 4.5℃ higher than outside; the light transmittance is 41%.
