As Taiwan will move toward a super-aged society in 2025, the need for eldercare services will create tremendous business opportunities for long-term care (LTC) services. To explore the emerging opportunities for the LTC industry, this study aims to explore the effective business strategies based on in-depth interviews. Through detailed explorations of market development and management practices, this research provides important strategic insights for LTC institutions and government policies. Results, implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed.
