矽鋼片在非正弦波下之電磁特性分析

摘要


本論文目的在於建立一套矽鋼片電磁特性量測系統,藉此可以對任何種類矽鋼片做即時量測,求得應用上所需要的電磁特性。整套系統包含MATLAB訊號產生、功率放大器、PWM電路、Epstein量測框架或環形量測框架、電力計與示波器數值波形擷取、MATLAB特性分析部分。主要內容可分為下列三個部分,(一)鐵損量測系統之建立:製作一可快速拆換,實用性高的設備,並與中鋼公司現有資料相互比對校正。(二)PWM訊號下的鐵損量測:目前業界對於矽鋼片在PWM訊號下之電磁特性提供的並不完整,希望藉此提供一自動化量測設備。(三)新設計環形量測設備:在不失準確性下,方便、快速拆換為其主要訴求,期望以最有效率、節省資源下完成量測。

This research builds a system to measure the characterization of the steel. We can get data in time by this system and use to application. The system contains:generating signal by MATLAB, power amplifier, PWM circuit, Epstein frame, toroidal frame, power meter and oscilloscope. The following are major parts of this paper. (1) Establishing a convenient and practical measurement system that compares with data from CSC to calibrate. (2) Estimating iron losses under PWM. It is not complete information about steel works under PWM. We hope to measure the data about steel by automatic apparatus. (3) New design of the toroial apparatus. It has characteristic as following, to take apart conveniently and quickly, to economize resources, and to compute in correct.
